At a time the government is struggling to help kick out corruption from the country and also help to complete the construction of some major roads in the country, the Deputy Minister for Eastern Region, Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi, is alleged to have taken an amount of GH� 10,000.00 as kick back from a construction company called Adompoh Construction works.
