The former Attorney General and Minister for Justice under the erstwhile Kufuor administration, Nii Ayikoi Otoo has condemned government�s decision not to sell the No. 2 Mungo Street Ridge property to the Chairman of the NPP, Jake Obetsebi Lamptey and says the President and his Vice can be impeached for going against the Supreme Court.
