Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament and a leading member of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Prof. Mike Ocquaye has taken a swipe at government for what he says is the haste in creating districts that led to the yet-to-be created 45 constituencies by the Electoral Commission.
