The Western Region Minister, Paul Evans Aidoo, has expressed dissatisfaction with the attitude of some Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) who either absented themselves form or reported late during Western Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) meetings.
