For close to 10 minutes, Master Richard Tsigri of the Adaklu-Waya E.P. Primary School, was lost for words and wept when he stepped out to recount to a gathering of mourners how the late President John Evans Atta Mills gave him GHC2,000 on one occasion for his upkeep.
