I am constantly being troubled by the display of insensitivity on the part of government functionaries with regard to the current debate on fee-free secondary education. The flag-bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has been vilified by his political opponents for reasons only understood by these �enemies of progress�.
