Wassa Domeabra, a farming community near Wassa Juabo in the Western Region, was last Wednesday gripped with shock as a 30-year-old settler farmer, Ali Dagarti Tigbe raped his sister and inflicted cutlass wounds on her and later committed suicide in a neighbour�s room.
