The chief of Tema (Tema Mantse), Nii-Adjei Kraku II, has said that the flag bearer of the Progressive People�s Party (PPP), Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, deserves to be the president of Ghana.Dr. Nduom yesterday paid a courtesy call on the Tema Mantse at his palace.
