A lecturer at the Department of Political Science of the University of Ghana, Dr. Kwesi Jonah, says the filing fee of 10,100 Ghana Cedis for Presidential and 1000 Ghana Cedis for Parliamentary Candidates by the Electoral Commission for this year's election is on the low side.
