The Kumasi Polytechnic branch of the Tertiary Education Confederacy (TESCON) of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has described the ruling National Democratic Congress� (NDC) manifesto on polytechnic education, as �vague and a political gimmick� to win cheap political votes.
