New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary candidate for the Dome Kwabenya Constituency, Lawyer Sarah Adwoa Safo, is accusing her competitor on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sophia Ackuaku, of having fallen foul of Article 94 (1) (b) of the constitution.
