Ahead of the IEA's Presidential Debate slated to take place in Tamale, Tuesday night, a member of the Government�s Communication Team, has counseled NPP flagbearer, Nana Akufo-Addo, not to speak in his usual jumbled manner with pursed lips when answering questions.
