Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has said that if the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) government had spent the same time and energies it spends in engaging in propaganda and disputing the NPPs policies on working to solve the real problems that affect the people of Ghana, Ghanaians would not be suffering so much after four years of their governance.
