The Takoradi Polytechnic (T-Poly) junction on the Takoradi-Sekondi road was the centre of attraction yesterday when thousands of residents thronged the area to catch a glimpse of an alleged mad man who was carrying a billboard of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2012 general elections.
