Mr. Joseph Ade Coker, Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has explained that national security chiefs reasoned with the NDC�s leadership to hold back in celebrating its victory in the December 7 & 8, General Elections, in the interest of national peace and development.
