The Foreign Affairs Minister, Alhaji Mohammed Mumuni has denied rejecting an offer from the leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to be the 1st Deputy Speaker of Parliament in the soon- to- be- inaugurated Sixth Parliament of the Fourth Republic.
