The Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) has refuted claims that Kofi Adu aka Agya koo managed to beat immigration officials at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) and travelled to Abu Dhabi though a warrant had been issued for his arrest for defrauding an individual of GHc3, 800 by false pretence.
