National Organizer of the NDC, Yaw Boateng Gyan has revealed on Okay FM�s Ade Akye Abia morning show that whiles the ruling party was training its polling agents to be vigilant, the NPP was rather counting on the Electoral Commission of Ghana to train their agents.
