Dr Major Mustapha Ahmed (retired), Minister of State designate at the Presidency in-charge of Development Authorities was on Saturday honoured by �Friends of Dr Mustapha Ahmed�, an association formed by students of Opoku Ware Senior High School (SHS) in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
