The General Secretary of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie has reprimanded the minister for Water Resources, Works and Housing, Hon. Collins Dauda to shut up if he has nothing sensible to tell Ghanaians instead of exposing his ignorance about the walk out staged by the minority caucus last Thursday.
