The Managing Director of Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL), Mr. Kweku Botwe, has hit back at critics who tried to cast a slur on his image by alleging that missing cash, coupled with massive corruption and mismanagement, were the order of the day when he was still at post as the head of the institution.
