A fact finding committee (FFC) set up by the PURC in October 2012 to assess and determine the root causes of operational problems at the water supply facilities of the Ghana Water Company Limited and Ghana Urban Water Limited in Accra � Tema in particular and Sekondi � Takoradi, Kumasi and Dalum, have submitted it interim findings and recommendations to the commission in Accra.
