The National Youth Organizer of the People�s Progressive Party (PPP), Divine Nkrumah has hinted that President Mahama and the NDC have massaged the report on the proposal to elect District Chief Executives as stated in the Constitutional Review Commission�s white paper handled over to the late President Mills to favor the current NDC.
