Hon. Ibrahim Mutarla Mohammed, Member of Parliament (MP) for Nanton has stated that, the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie aka Sir John must not be given prominence by the media because he is an apology of a General Secretary.
