The Northern Regional branch of the Motor Traffic Transport Unit (MTTU) has condemned the actions of the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie�s decision to tow the mangled car of Dr. Bawumia for private forensic investigations.
