Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Joseph Oppong, Upper West Regional Commander of the Motor Traffic and Transport Unit (MTTU) of the Ghana Police Service, has asked Ghanaians to consider drivers who disobey traffic regulations as enemies of society.
