As I sat on the very last seat of a Sprinter bus heading towards Nsawam from Madina, I saw peddlers taking turns to introduce and sell one medicinal product or another and you should see the glow in the eyes of the men when these peddlers said �This is very good for the men and I promise you, your wife will respect you.� It tells me that we all want to be happy and healthy in every aspect of our lives.
