Ghana�s former President, Flt Lt Jerry John Rawlings and former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings on Tuesday expressed their sympathy to the government and people of the United Kingdom when they signed a book of condolence opened at the British High Commission, Accra in memory of the late Margaret Thatcher.
