The leadership of Ghana Road Transport Coordinating Council (GRTCC) has locked horns with the Commander of Motor Traffic and Transport Unit (MTTU) of the Ghana Police Service, ACP Angwubutoge Awuni, over the proposed implementation of spot fine by the latter.
