Alhaji Limuna Mohammed-Muniru, Upper East Regional Minister, has praised Afrikids Ghana , a child right non-governmental organization (NGO) for working to abolish the killing of children termed �spirit children� in the Kessena �Nankana East and West Districts of the Region.
