Former Head of Policy Monitoring and Evaluation at the Presidency, Dr. Tony Aidoo, has stated categorically that if there would be chaos during and after the hearing of the 2012 election petition by the Supreme Court, it would be by the handiwork of the likes of the General Secretary of the NPP, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie also known as Sir John.
