The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for Ablekuma Central, Theophilus Tetteh Chaie has hinted that, if the National Security agencies in the country do not take heavy precautions to combat drug tycoons in the country, there would be a time Ghana would be forced to elect a drug baron as a head of state.
