Security personnel at the offices of Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) who have been quietly tasked to manage both the confidentiality of documents of investors and information key to the state as well as find out the source of leaks that rocked the previous management headed by Mr. George Aboagye made a major arrest on Wednesday, June 5, 2013.
