Chairman for the Electoral Commission of Ghana and witness for the second respondent in the ongoing Supreme Court trial, Dr. Kwadwo Afari Gyan, has told the court hearing the on-going election petition suit that materials used to conduct elections can be faked thus marring the integrity of an election if not checked.
