Former Supreme Court Judge, Francis Yaonansu Kpegah is avoiding service of court process sought to be served on him by bailiffs of the High Court in respect of a fresh suit he has filed against Nana Akufo-Addo. Kpegah refused service on him of the Notice of Entry of Appearance filed by lawyers of Akufo Addo and instead told the bailiff that he wants Akufo-Addo to come and serve him.
