Painstaking investigations conducted by Today newspaper has revealed that the Ghana Highway Authority (GHA) makes a whopping GH₵48,000 daily at the toll booths on the Accra-Tema Motorway but persistently fail to rehabilitate the deplorable nature of the motorway.
