A former Deputy Attorney General and Minister of Justice in the Kufuor administration, Kwame Osei Prempeh has expressed displeasure at a publication by the Africa Watch magazine and the Daily Dispatch which indicated that Ghana�s Supreme Court �is going to tow the line of other Supreme Courts on the continent.�
