A member of the legal team of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) claims nowhere in the pleadings of the Petitioners in the on-going election petition suit before the Supreme Court did they ask for re-run of the elections nor plead that Nana Akufo-Addo be declared the next President of Ghana.
