As rumors circulated among detractors that NPP General Secretary Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Sir John had disappeared from the Ghanaian Political landscape, he appeared Sunday evening in Hertford, Connecticut in the United State to herald a Town Hall Meeting with Ghanaians.
