The late filing of written address by Tsatsu Tsikata, Counsel for the Third Respondent, in the ongoing 2012 election petition, according to the Deputy Propaganda Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Solomon Nkansah, is an indication to Ghanaians that technical faults can occur in human institutions but that does not and cannot undermine the integrity of that institution nor their work.
