Stephen Atubiga, a member of the Communication Team of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), has refuted claims of threatening to sue the nine Judges of the Supreme Court, presiding over the election petition should they let go of the General Secretary of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie popularly known as Sir John and Hopeson Adorye, a member of the Communication team of the NPP; who has been asked to appear before the Court on charges of contempt.
