The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu-Nketia alias �General Mosquito�, has suggested that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and media houses linked to it, misinterpreted the NDC National Chairman�s call for an end to the winner-takes-all politics.
