A member of the New Patriotic Party, Dr Kobina Arthur Kennedy has pointed out that the most significant conclusion to draw from the Supreme Court�s decision to dismiss the petition against President Mahama�s 2012 election victory, was that the Electoral Commission, while it was not corrupt, was incompetent.
