Allotey Jacobs, Director of Communication for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Central Region has cautioned General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwodwo Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Sir John and Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the NDC Mr. Joseph Ade Coker to be careful in their utterances because it can plunge their political parties into confusion and chaos.
