Mrs Dzifa Attivor, Minister of Transport, has urged the reconstituted board of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and the Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL) to come out with innovative funding mechanisms to reduce the financial burden on Government.
