The Central Regional Communications Director of the governing National Democratic Congress, Bernard Allotey Jacobs has counseled the New Patriotic Party�s (NPP) General Secretary, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie to desist from capitalizing on the recent sacked Deputy Communication Minister�s leaked tape to campaign for a position in the NPP�s forthcoming National Executive elections.
