A member of the NDC�s Communication Team believes the slashing off of 25% from electricity tariffs and the swift dismissal of former Deputy Minister of Communications, Victoria Hammah, are indicative of the fact that President John Dramani Mahama will deliver on his electoral promises before the 2016 election.
