The Judgement Debt Commission has invited a former Chief Executive of the Ghana National Petroleum Company (GNPC), Mr Tsatsu Tsikata; a former Energy Minister, Mr Albert Kan-Dapaah, and his deputy, Mr K.T. Hammond, to appear before it.
