The returning of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) back to power in 2008 under the flagbearship of then Candidate Mills, and the retaining of the party in the 2012 general elections, has led to the drawing of the conclusion by a member of the Government�s Communication Machinery that the NDC delivered on its electoral promises and is poised to deliver on all the promises made to Ghanaians by 2016.
