Member of Parliament for Bibiani-Ahwianso-Bekwai constituency, Kingsley Aboagye-Gyedu, has called on President John Mahama to cede his office to his Vice, Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur if he is overwhelmed by the responsibilities given him by the Ghanaian citizenry.
